At 1989, Hamsho Group for Trade and Construction with its two branches Middle East  Construction Company and Hamsho Construction Establishment started its work in construction. It started in habitation and government buildings. few years later, the group  expanded to other fields: Roads chinking and asphalting and Public accompaniment like: Drink water pipelines, Sewage pipelines, and Electrical and Telephone Cables.

After a while, the group decided to achieve self-sufficiency. For that, it bought all the project requirements especially the machines and engineering equipments, such as: excavation, loading and cutting machines (heel loaders, dozers, excavators jack hammers);grading machines(graders, rollers);water tank and dump trucks with different capacities.

Knowing that the concrete works are the base in most of the projects, the group cared about having a main developed electronic batching plants (working with computerized software programs),truck mixers with different capacities mounted on trucks to deliver the ready mix concrete to infusion places, and modern concrete pumps (settled and moved) to infuse the ready concrete in architectures till 150 m highness.

When the producing capacity was covering the  group projects needs, the group started to sell the concrete to all economical sections in the country (government-private-corporate) and covered customers needs for distance 120 km with preserving its quality.
